Commercial Photography Prices
We've put together some guideline prices and fees for our commercial photgraphy services to give you an indication of our commercial photography rates.
The exact figures depend on many factors, such as how many images you want and how you want to use them.
We always give clients a full breakdown of our rates and costs in our quotations and will clearly explain all the available options that might best fit your requirements.

These prices also cover our Event and PR photography services in the UK East Midlands. We have clients throughout the UK including several multinational organisations, where we provide an extended service.

Photography
Our aim is to provide a service that fits your needs. We supply digital images for commercial organisations throughout the UK and pride ourselves on not only supplying the photos, but any expertise you might need to get the very best out of them. We can provide digital photography services at an Hourly rate (minimum 1 hour)
- 1st hour £165
- Additional time £90 per hour or part thereof
- Day Rate (8 hours) £690
- Half day £390
Note: Minimum half day for photography services outside of Leicester and Leicestershire.
Precise rates vary with the number of images required, and their anticipated usage.
The table below gives an idea of extended usage rates, however, we will always provide a quote to match your specific requirements.

We are always happy to quote an "All-inclusive price" which includes all charges for us to take, process and supply images for specific usage. The details on this page are for your guidance, since we don't like hidden costs ourselves, and don't see why you should either.

Product photography
Basic product shots are usually carried out at our studio on a per item basis, and depends on number of items. More complex setups may be charged on a time basis, as per our normal commercial rates - please do feel free to call to discusss what you require.
QTVR / Virtual tour / Panoramic / 360 degree photography prices
We provide specialist VR photography services, however the precise number of images that we can manage in a day depends on what kind of VR images you require.
There is also an additional VR image processing charge for VR work. This typically varies between £30 and £70 per completed image.
We also provide very high resolution imagery for very large prints, as a bespoke service

Expenses
Travel is charged on a mileage basis, except in the local (Leicester) area where this is usually waived.
Overseas travel is by special arrangement.
Additional studio setup (props etc) is charged at cost by prior arrangement.
Your photos...
We supply images in digital form on CDs. We will usually supply high resolution files in TIFF or Photoshop format at a 'print ready' resolution of 300dpi. JPEGs, other format files and other resolutions are no problem.
- CD writing cost (per CD) £14 or £19 per DVD
- CD based 'Web gallery' of all images with (inc. CD) £23
We have a 'processing' charge that covers preparation of images after capture. This varies with the type of work (and quantity) undertaken, but usually between £20 and £190. As with all our prices we will quote this in advance.
Additional specialist image manipulation (Photoshop) is by prior arrangement and depends on the type of work undertaken. It is charged on an hourly basis at £90 per hour or part thereof.
Prints of images are available to special order.
Photo Usage rights
This is where you just to license a specific image from our collection for a particular use.
There are several different categories of image use such as:
- as a one-off in a leaflet, newsletter, press release or in-house magazine; and/or
- kept on file to appear several times in different publications; and/or
- over an annual or biennial cycle, including use in brochures, websites and exhibition stands.
